We sat down with this beauty Queen to find out more about Everest's journey on TikTok...
What do you love most about TikTok?
I love how open the app is for everyone to do well. Unlike other social media platforms, Tiktok promotes smaller content creators and helps boost them up, which I think is incredible.
Why is TikTok right for your content?
My content is very visual so the best way to document that is through video and pictures and TikTok helps me find the right sound and way to edit the videos together.
What is your ultimate goal on TikTok?
My ultimate goal on TikTok is to consistently provide enjoyable content to people who love what I do, I hope that in the future I can make a career off it as it’s something that I love doing.
Who do you follow on TikTok and why? What is on your TikTok feed?
My TikTok feed mainly consist of other artists, drag performers and beauty content, I find that this way it helps me to keep inspired and stay creative. I especially love Abby Roberts, her content is incredible and whenever I’m in need of inspiration she never fails to provide that.
What is your favourite TikTok you have made to date and why?
My favourite TikTok that I’ve created to date would have to be the blue look I posted on the 27th of August last year, I love expressing myself with colour and fun shapes. It’s also my biggest video to date - I’m so grateful for the boost that it’s given my art.
What are your top tips for starting Drag?
Don’t be afraid! It’s such a fun thing to try, I know when I first started I was scared to mess up or look bad but at the end of the day it’s makeup and it washes off. Don’t be afraid to experiment and find the right look for you. At the end of the day the most important thing is that you are happy and enjoying yourself.
