15 years ago, the late Amy Winehouse released her seminal album, Back To Black, changing the world of music. To celebrate the iconic album, we're thrilled to officially bring Amy Winehouse, and her discography, onto TikTok (@amywinehouse). Amy's official account is dedicated to her unequalled legacy and will feature artwork, classic live performances, and new behind-the-scenes footage from the AV archive. On 7th November, we'll also be launching the #BackToBlack campaign in-app where the TikTok community can share their favourite Amy music, memories, art, and moments.

On 26th November, the 'Amy: Beyond the Stage' exhibition will open at the Design Museum in London, featuring personal items of Amy’s that have never been exhibited publicly before. The exhibition will tell the story of Amy’s early career through her recordings, handwritten lyrics and teenage notebooks, and feature outfits she wore during her greatest performances.

Throughout November, fans will also be able to hear from artists and those closest to Amy as they reflect on her life, career, and work. Artists including YungbludNile Rodgers, and Jamie Cullum will share their memories of Amy as part of a Frankly Amy: Artist Spotlight series. You can watch Yungblud reflecting on Amy's voice and lyrics on TikTok here.

An interactive tribute also launched on memories.amywinehouse.com, which is a place where fans can share their memories of Amy and connect with others across the world who have been inspired and affected by her story. Each memory is represented as a single point, contributing to a digital representation of Amy that emerges as more memories and experiences are added.

Darina Connolly, Head of Label Partnerships at TikTok said: "Amy's bittersweet career and life gave the music community so much in such a short space of time. Back To Black was released 15 years ago but Amy's style, lyrics, and unmistakeable sound remain as recognisable and as relevant today as they did in 2006.

We're delighted to be able to honour Amy's legacy on TikTok through the #BackToBlack campaign and other exclusive content which will celebrate Amy as the empowered female icon she was."
