BTS joined TikTok back in September 2019 and claimed a world record for the fastest time to reach one million followers, achieving this in just 3 hours and 31 minutes. The week BTS launched on TikTok they also launched the band member j-hope’s ‘Chicken Noodle Soup’ challenge, reaching over 480 million views from across more than 40 countries and regions. This year they broke another record at the 2020 Grammy Awards, on January 26th becoming the first Korean boy band on stage.

Now they have used TikTok to exclusively release a 30-second clip of their album title track ‘ON’. This exclusive pre-release is from their highly anticipated new album ‘MAP OF THE SOUL:7’.

BTS is among a long line of renowned artists and entertainment stars who have joined TikTok to share their creativity and joy along with hundreds of millions of users worldwide. The TikTok community were able to enjoy the new song 12 hours ahead of the album’s official release and BTS fans worldwide could enjoy creating TikTok videos with the music.
