I'm an exercise physiologist and sports content creator. Currently pursuing my Ph.D. at the University of Lagos, my research focuses on physical activity and sedentary behaviour. As a content creator, I aim to keep Nigerians and Africans informed about the latest happenings in the sports world while promoting the importance of physical activity to the broader population. I started my journey as a sports content creator in 2015, and when TikTok emerged as a new platform, I saw its potential and decided to expand my reach to a larger audience. Within a few months, I experienced incredible growth and connected with a passionate community of sports and fitness enthusiasts.
