On 8 February, the region’s most dynamic and influential creators gathered at the Galleria in Johannesburg, South Africa for an unforgettable night of entertainment, celebration, and digital brilliance.
This year, we shined a spotlight on exceptional talent across categories like: Sports Creator of the Year, Social Impact, Breakthrough Artist of the Year, Creator of the Year and Beauty Creator of the Year with the support of our partners, Garnier and Maybelline, who helped us celebrate and elevate the creators shaping digital culture.

The biggest award of the night went to Anyanwu Chioma for her high-quality content that has taken TikTok by storm. With her flair for production, editing, and storytelling, she has built a community of over 500,000 fans who love her deep dives into movies and entertainment.

From viral sounds to global streaming success, Sopuru Precious Odunze, Favour Ekah Ernest and Agubosim Favour Brown are proof that TikTok is a launchpad for artists. His Afrobeats-inspired music has crossed borders, making waves beyond the app and landing on major music platforms.
