TikTok LIVE Launches Careers Week in Partnership with Indeed, UCAS and The King's Trust
Every day, millions of people come to TikTok to share their passion, build a community and discover something new and with A-Level results on the horizon, young people across the UK are using TikTok to find inspiration for the future.
From discovering which #university (5M videos) will be best, to offering experience-based #careeradvice (650k videos), creators have posted over 100K TikTok videos using career & job inspired hashtags since June, as the community comes together to support and inspire one another.
Career content is thriving on TikTok, with #cvtips, #interviewtips and #careeradvice all growing month by month, so TikTok LIVE is looking beyond the grades to launch Careers Week; a series of LIVE events designed to empower young people as they take their next steps into work, further education, or something completely different.
Running from Monday, 11 August to Friday, 15 August 2025, Careers Week is a collaboration between TikTok LIVE, Indeed, UCAS and The King's Trust, bringing together expert advice, insider career tips, and discussions on what happens once exams are over.
With TikTok LIVE sessions on everything from university clearing and financial planning to sketching out dream jobs (literally), the programme is packed with insights, behind the scenes access, and the kind of advice young people really want to hear at this time.

Whether you're smashing your goals, changing direction, or still figuring it all out, Careers Week is here to help you feel informed, inspired, and in control.
Darragh McGinley, Head of Social Media (EMEA) at global hiring platform Indeed, said: "Everyone deserves access to practical career advice and inspiration. We're excited to see TikTok LIVE focus on this through Careers Week, from a behind-the-scenes look at life as a Premier League groundskeeper to creative job discovery in 'Sketch My Job', we hope our LIVE’s offer a fun, accessible way to help young people find a career pathway that suits their skills and passions.”
The King's Trust said, "TikTok LIVE’s Careers Week is a fantastic opportunity for young people to access career advice, explore opportunities, and get the support they need as they begin their job search. This includes taking control of their personal finance to build a solid foundation for the future, which is why we’re excited to partner with TikTok LIVE to bring 'Building a Successful Future' to anyone who might benefit from Gabriel Nussbaum's financial advice. The King’s Trust offers free courses for young people aged 11-30 to develop essential life skills, as well as access and support into employment or setting up a business."
Genia Garrity, Director of Information, Advice and Guidance at UCAS: “Applying to university or college is a memorable milestone for young people, and each year UCAS supports thousands of students as they navigate their next steps. There are plenty of options available for those looking to start higher education in the autumn, and we always encourage students to do their research, so they’re prepared for whatever comes their way.
“A good place to start when considering your Plan B is to revisit your original five choices, as we know many students go back to one of those institutions through Clearing. Our collaboration with TikTok Live is helping to ensure students have the information they need to make confident decisions about their future, during Clearing and beyond."
