TikTok announces media leaders for 2025 Agency Accelerator Program following record number of entries

TikTok has announced the 35 media leaders selected to participate in the 2025 cohort of the TikTok Agency Accelerator Program. Receiving a record number of entries, the program is part of TikTok's commitment to fostering the development of talented professionals within the Australian media industry.
This year's program centres around the concept of "limitless", providing an opportunity to accelerate participants' personal and professional impact across two intensive workshops and a three-day professional summit.
Andrew Cambridge, Head of Agency at TikTok Australia and New Zealand, said, "This year's successful entrants demonstrated a clear vision and optimism for what's achievable within the industry, along with a strong sense of responsibility in shaping its future. The exceptional quality and depth of insight in the submissions made the selection process more competitive than ever. Congratulations to all those selected."
Participants were selected based on a written entry and a nomination from their leader, which were both assessed for current and future leadership potential in the media industry. The Agency Accelerator Program has established itself as a prestigious development opportunity, having helped shape over a hundred industry experts in previous years.
Congratulations to all those selected for the 2025 cohort!
