Over the past few years, we've watched the creative community on TikTok discover and celebrate the best of alternative music, experimenting with new sounds every day on the platform. Building on this, we're now bringing the very best alternative sounds to you with the first-ever #AltMusic LIVE performance with chart-topping, Grammy nominated and Mercury-shortlisted indie rockers Wet Leg! 🎵🤘

Wet Leg will be performing LIVE on their official channel @WetLegBand on Thursday 24 November at 8.55pm GMT from their sold-out show at the O2 Forum Kentish Town. Their tour dates sold out in seconds, so we are pleased to allow fans who weren't lucky enough to get a ticket the chance to see the band perform live.

Last month we officially re-launched our #AltMusic hashtag which has an incredible 1.2 billion views already thanks to the TikTok community's love of diverse and boundary-breaking music. The hashtag has become a hub where creators and artists can come together to interact and discover new music.

Wet Leg has seen huge success both on and off the platform since the release of their self titled debut album in April 2022. The album has topped charts in the UK and Australia and the band has received nominations for industry awards including the Mercury Prize. The band, made up of Rhian Teasdale and Hester Chambers, regularly post concert snippets and behind-the-scenes content for the community, which has earned them a legion of over 500k fans who love the group's alternative sound.

Speaking on their scheduled LIVE performance on TikTok, Wet Leg said: "It’s always so exciting to play shows in London and we’ve been plotting to make this one extra memorable so we’re stoked TikTok will be there to capture the experience for people who can’t be there in person."
