What role do you think platforms, like TikTok, play in shaping modern education and providing accessible learning opportunities?
TikTok provides educators with a platform to connect with peers and other stakeholders in the education system. It enables them to share ideas on enhancing content delivery, creating safe learning environments, and promoting a deeper understanding of students' rights, as well as the roles of teachers, administrators, and other key stakeholders.
What’s the most unexpected thing you’ve learned from your followers or viewers?
The most surprising thing I've learned from my viewers and followers is that high school was a traumatic experience for many of them, something I hadn't realized. Honestly, I feel fortunate, as I had some of the best teachers and never experienced trauma during my school years.
How do you balance entertainment and education in your videos, and do you think it’s important to keep that balance for learning to be effective?
I typically start by considering the message I want to convey. If the topic requires a more detailed explanation, I'll opt for a sit-down video to ensure clarity. However, if the content is more straightforward, I'll make it more engaging by incorporating a song or adding a bit of dance while delivering the message. I believe this balance is key to keeping learning both effective and enjoyable.
What is one heartwarming message you've received from your community on TikTok that made you smile and motivated to keep creating educational content?
One heartwarming message that really made me smile came from newly recruited teachers and education students who reached out to say how I make the career seem enjoyable. They also shared how my content is helping them understand the various challenges impacting the education industry. It’s incredibly motivating to know that I’m making a positive impact on their journey.

My advice to other creators who want to make a positive impact through education on TikTok is simple—just start. TikTok is such a powerful platform, so why not leverage it not only for entertainment but also for educational purposes? The potential to reach and inspire others is immense.
