Unveiling the 2025 TikTok Change Makers Program and New Features to Amplify Charitable Campaigns

TikTok isn't just where trends start. It's where movements grow.

From championing mental health to advancing digital safety, creators on TikTok are turning their passions into real-world impact, rallying over 1 billion people to connect, learn and drive change through authentic stories. Whether it's a fundraiser supporting critical causes or a heartfelt story shifting minds, TikTok's collective power mobilizes communities, ignites global conversations and fuels tangible progress worldwide.

Now in its second year, we're thrilled to introduce the 2025 TikTok Change Makers Program to celebrate and elevate mission-driven creators making a positive impact on TikTok and beyond. Throughout this five-month program, TikTok will support these creators with training, resources and real-world opportunities to amplify their impact as they connect through exclusive events and learn from a community of peers and leaders at the forefront of social change.

Elevating our community driving positive change

Last year, our 2024 Change Makers inspired their local communities with over 7,000 #TikTokforGood posts, demonstrating the passion and real-world difference our community can make together.

"We're incredibly proud of our 2024 Change Makers for sparking meaningful conversations on TikTok and beyond, showcasing that their content and communities drive real progress," said Kim Farrell, Global Head of Creators at TikTok, "As we look forward to collaborating with our 2025 Change Makers, we remain committed to equipping creators with tools, resources and opportunities to inspire positive change and impact around the world."

New donation features empower communities to amplify giving impact

Just as we're equipping mission-driven creators with resources and training, we also want to give our community new tools to supercharge impact. With TikTok's powerful new donation amplification feature, creators and supporters can rally their networks and advance causes like never before.

Now, when creators launch a fundraiser on TikTok, anyone who sees the donation sticker or sees the fundraiser in a creator's bio can seamlessly add it directly into their own TikTok content. They can do this by placing a donation link in their profile and by using a creator's donation sticker in a post or story. This functionality enables powerful personal endorsements and creative integration from followers, helping introduce causes to entirely new audiences, significantly expanding reach and impact. What's more, these user-amplified posts will be showcased directly on the fundraiser page, fostering a deeper sense of community and shared purpose around giving goals.

We have also launched an in-app existing fundraisers list where users can easily browse and discover a wide variety of charitable campaigns. The existing fundraisers list will make it easier than ever before to access charitable causes, so the TikTok community can unite in support of positive change.

"World Central Kitchen is excited by TikTok's new donation amplification feature and its ability to help expand our fundraising efforts through viral reach," said Tunde Wackman, WCK Chief Development Officer. "Community engagement is critical to our success, and this feature makes it easy for people to channel the power of their networks for impact in a way that's authentic and engaging."

Our new donation amplification feature and existing fundraisers list is available now in select countries around the world. Start amplifying today and spark a giving chain reaction!
