Before becoming a livestreamer, BossWan (@bosswan88) was a professional host who served as an emcee for major events such as Jom Heboh. During the pandemic, as offline events decreased, he decided to explore a new path and began his livestreaming journey in 2019.
At first, he mainly focused on casual chatting, but with his strong ambition and dedication to content research, he gradually shifted toward paranormal-themed livestreams. Before each stream, he produces high-quality VTT preview videos to build suspense and excitement among his viewers. He is one of the few creators who combines strong revenue capability with exceptional community cohesion.
In addition to his outstanding livestreaming content, BossWan is also a talented singer. He participated in TikTok LIVE’s global event Gimme the Mic, successfully ranking in the Top 30, and also joined Astro’s renowned singing competition Raise The Star（点击观看），advancing all the way to the grand finals. Tiger Labu (@tigerlabu), a former restaurant owner and Malaysian MMA fighter, turned to LIVE after the pandemic forced him to close his business. His unique mix of historical facts and supernatural storytelling has gained him 947K followers. He hopes to use his earnings to explore Malaysia and go for Umrah. His journey shows how Malaysians can use LIVE to overcome challenges, improve their lives, and share local culture.
