From fundraisers championing causes to donations spurring meaningful change, TikTok LIVE is the go-to place to inspire, engage and bring communities together in real-time to make a positive impact through creativity and passion.

As we look to join forces with causes that inspire good throughout our communities, we're excited to announce that TikTok is teaming up with Make-A-Wish to host a 3-hour charitable LIVE event on November 19th featuring multi-platinum singer-songwriter Jason Derulo and independent singer-songwriter and mental health advocate Alexander Stewart. The event lineup will also feature talented music creators who will bring an immersive and interactive experience for the TikTok community.

On Tuesday November 19th starting from 4pm PT / 7pm ET, Jason will broadcast the LIVE from @tiktoklive_us, inviting the TikTok community to send special Wish themed gifts that benefit the mission of Make-A-Wish.

Viewers can send these special gifts during the LIVE session to engage with their favorite artists and help amplify the impact of Make-A-Wish. For each gift sent during the LIVE, TikTok will be donating to Make-A-Wish, with the goal of raising $250,000 to help grant more life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.

Speaking on the upcoming TikTok LIVE, Jason Derulo said: "Like a wish, music brings hope and inspiration, uplifts spirits, and connects people. Make-A-Wish is doing incredible work, and I am honored to contribute to their mission. Nothing is more fulfilling than using my platform to support a cause that truly matters. They are making a real difference for families and children across the country every day, and I hope to inspire others to join me in making more wishes possible."

“Content creators and musicians, such as Jason Derulo, have a unique ability to inspire others to create positive change," said Leslie Motter, president, and CEO of Make-A-Wish America. "We are thankful to TikTok and for every artist using their platform to help make more wishes a reality because wishes can transform children's lives and even improve health outcomes.”

"We're honored to team up with Make-A-Wish and Jason Derulo to bring such a heartwarming and immersive experience for our community through TikTok LIVE. Together with our community, we can use TikTok LIVE as a force for good and make a difference, one wish at a time—in real-time." said Adam Wang, Head of TikTok LIVE.
