Join Us in Celebrating AANHPI Heritage Month
We're kicking off this month's celebration by spotlighting our AANHPI creators and innovators on TikTok with our 2025 AANHPI Voices to Watch list. Throughout May, you can learn more about #APITikTok through our in-app programming, set to feature our diverse AANHPI creator community. We're also bringing the celebration offline, with IRL events and experiences that will celebrate and honor #APITikTok across the U.S.
Honoring the Impact of #APITikTok IRL
In celebration of AANHPI Heritage Month, TikTok will be hosting a culturally-immersive creator experience and event, sponsored by Disney's Lilo & Stitch. The event will spotlight Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander voices, build meaningful connections, and recognize the impact of our diverse #APITikTok community. Our IRL #APITikTok celebrations will continue through May, where our very own employee resource group, ARISE, will attend the 2025 Gold Gala to honor AANHPI excellence through the A100 List, alongside our visionary creators. TikTok is also proud to return as a Bronze Leader sponsor of the gala this year.
Spotlighting TikTok's Internal AANHPI Community with ARISE
This month, ARISE, TikTok's AANHPI employee resource group, will be recognizing the cultural impact and contributions of the AANHPI community through a series of community-led events and collaborations. Throughout May, ARISE will be celebrating by hosting events with live performances featuring AANHPI artists, culinary demos, cultural arts activities, and conversations that spotlight local vendors and traditions. These experiences are designed to celebrate heritage, foster inclusion, and build community at TikTok.
